Lettuce rolls~ A healthy dish for everyone!!
Low in calories and also.......super yummylicious!!

Okie, maybe my presentation skills are not that good. But the taste is more important!

If you're interested in making such a healthy dish for yourself or for you family members or friends, do try this out. Its very easy to do and can be completed within 5 mins! I did mine within that timing, provided all ingredients have been prepared. If not, you may add an extra 5 mins.

Here's the recipe for Lettuce Rolls~ ♥

Ingredients needed
♥ Chicken Breast meat [Depends on how many pieces of lettuce rolls you want]
♥ Lettuce [Small one will do]
♥ Japanese Cucumber [Small one will do]
♥ Tsuyu sauce [for Soba]
♥ Aojiru sauce

Steps:
♥ Step 1 ♥ Boil the lettuce first with abit of salt and then drain the water from the lettuce and squeeze it dry.
♥ Step 2 ♥ Marinate chicken breast meat with pepper and salt [ according to how you want your chicken breast meat to taste like]
♥ Step 3 ♥ Steam the chicken breast meat until its cooked.
♥ Step 4 ♥ Chop the cucumber into slices [Not too thick or too thin pls]
♥ Step 5 ♥ Shred the chicken breast meat into small pieces.
♥ Step 6 ♥ Take lettuce and then spread it out on a plate.
♥ Step 7 ♥ Pour 1/4 small teaspoon of aojiru sauce and tsuyu sauce on the lettuce when spread out.
♥ Step 8 ♥ Put the shredded chicken breast meat and cucumber on top on the lettuce and then roll it tighly.

And then you'll get your lettuce rolls~ ♥

If you want, you can cut it into half♥
