inner dry face?

I actually got this from a Japanese variety show which I find it really interesting to all, especially the ladies!
Well, what is Inner Dry Face?
Inner Dry Face happens when your face on the outer layer looks hydrated but as in fact, on the inner layer, it is dry. It can also be said to be an oily face.
So how do we know whether we have inner dry face or not?
There is one simple test you could do.
First, take a scotch tape of about 4cm and place it on the center of your left hand (on the top). Then use for your right palm and press on your left hand, hold it for 5 seconds, remove it and check the tape.
If there is alot of white spots, this means that you have have a hydrated skin without inner dry skin. On the other hand, if you have less white spots, it means that
So how do we solve this?
1. We need to apply sunblock whenever we go out.
2. Do not wash your face straight away after coming back home, and putting pressure to face when washing face.
3. Massage your face
So whats the acceptable amount of sunblock to use?
Some may think that even if we're going out for a little while, just a few drops of sunblock will do. THAT is wrong!!!
Just put about 20cent full of sunblock of SPF +20 will do. It would be better if you touch it up!
But if you're going out for sports, put SPF+50.
The reason as to why you shouldn't wash your face right away after coming back home is because you need to let your blood to cool down. Then when washing your face, you should make your cleanser into foam and then use your third and fourth finger, and massage your face in circles. Do not wash you face by moving your hands up and down. This is bad for the face!
Lastly, is the massaging of the face.
This can be time consuming.
Please use a cream that is good for massaging the face.
First, from the forehead, using your fingers, move from forehead to the ears.
Second, from the cheek, draw a U until it reaches the back of the ear.
Thirdly, from the chin, move it till it reaches the back of the ear.
Lastly, on the neck, from top to down, do it 5 times for both left and right side.
Continue this for 3 sets everyday and it will help improve your skin condition.
