Got my voucher from Groupon and went with my Uni classmate, Wilfred to Shots cafe, which is located at Ann Siang Hill!

Its not very hard to locate, if you know where Maxwell market is located.

Am totally loving that place now, coz the coffee there rocks! I do like to drink coffee nowadays, and its getting worse each time when I start to increase the number of shots to it, to keep myself awake at work!

Anyway, shots cafe is not just only a cafe. The ambience there is really nice!

-Hazelnut Latte
-Mocha Latte
-Seafood Aglio Olio
-Meat Lovers Pizza

We wanted to get Panna Cotta instead, but the staff recommended us to get brownies instead. Ended up, we didn't order any desserts.

The food there was pretty good. I think I still like their coffee more than anything else. Will be visiting Shots Cafe soon with another friend, to try out the desserts~

After that, we walked from Chinatown to Liang Court and then to Cityhall. It was really fun walking and talking at the same time. We talked about many stuff while walking. Also talked about working life too.

Anyway, the reason why I put "SCANDALOUS" is because Jasmine said that it was scandalous that only the two of us met up. xDxD Its not really scandalous anyway, so please don't take it too seriously :D

Have been busy for this week.

Had to keep up with my gym workup for twice a week, need to study for my JLPT N1, which is like less than 2 months, and I'm still not being consistent in my studies, registering for driving lessons.

Got loads of review to be done this week. Will be doing them coming weekend, as I'm being bogged down by gym workouts, meetings, studying.

I told myself that after University, I would be enjoying life. But now, its the opposite. Hahaha!!

Its not like I'm hating it. I'm perfectly fine with it although I do grumble why I'm doing this to myself.

Driving is something that I think I would never take up, coz I sucked at playing Daytona. But, now I'm financially stable [as of now], I think its time to start learning. Most of my friends are driving or have learnt driving, but I'm still w/o a license. I want to drive to those places for nice food where buses don't really go there, and also drive while I'm in Japan! That's what I want to do. I even asked my Japanese colleagues if the cars in Japan were mainly auto. xD My Japanese colleagues are really nice! Can really ask them anything~ I also consulted my Singaporean colleague and friends on driving yesterday. It was quite a sudden decision. I hope I'm on the correct path! Hahaha!

As for my Japanese studies...I'm putting it off till coming Saturday when I'm done with my BTE. Once I pass my BTE, I can start concentrating on studying Japanese! Its DO OR DIE this time! I really want to perfect it.

I also did gave thought to working in Japan. But as what, I'm not too sure. Accountant wise, I don't have much experience. I'm just taking a step at a a time, seeing how it goes. But hopefully, this wish would be fulfilled soon.

Next upcoming post will be on.....MASKS!! Got 2 types of masks to intro to everyone!! Shall keep it as a secret! It will be revealed this weekend!

Also! I'm going for FW Fashion Show next week at MBS! Totally looking forward to it! YAY!!

Met up with my FCH gang from Uni today after work!!

I ended work on time and much thanks to Wilfred for sending me down to Vivocity!

I had to went back home to put the peach that my boss gave it to me from Japan!!

Met up with Wilfred and we went down to Vivocity to wait for the rest. While waiting, we did alot of catching up and window shopping before Jasmine came.

Jasmine came around 7 plus with her ankle sprained. Was quite worried for her as she was still wearing her heels. So we went up to KimGary Restaurant to get a seat. We got a seat after waiting for a few minutes.

Its my official 4th week into this new job and new post.

Things are going smoothly, except that there are some hiccups here and there about certain stuff, which is inconvenient for me to blog about it. Social media is indeed strong, and I can't possibly post what I like.

Anyway, work is fun as usual. No OTs for the time being. Not too sure if there will be any, but from my image of an accountant, there is sure to be a week where accountants would have to do OTs due to closing. Not too sure about mine. I can say its quite relaxed for now. I do get to go off on time, but I don't do that coz afterall I'm working in a Japanese firm. I always knock off like 15 to 30 mins later than my expected knock off time.

Now, I'm having my lunch break till 1pm, where I can listen in to my Utapri songs! I'm totally in mad with Utapri already. Have started replaying Utapri Repeat, but at a very slow pace, coz I'm re-starting on P3P. (P3P = Persona 3 Portable) I'm listening to Utapri songs almost every day. And I told my Japanese friend that from these songs, I feel quite inspired or maybe motivated. Guess its the lyrics, tune and the voice of the seiyuu. I can loop it non-stop while I'm at home. Hahaha! I'm really that mad about Utapri now!!

Anyway, shall enjoy the next 18 mins to rest before starting work again till 5pm!!

Guess most of you have known that I'm back to the working force after 7 months of studying and another 2 more months of relaxing.

Am happy with my job and my colleagues. Most of them were Japanese (majority are guys) and all of my colleagues are interesting! I always listen in to their talks especially the Japanese. They can be very random.

I'm loving my job now, although it has no relation or maybe a little related to what I've studied at University. I'm quite thankful to the admin who told me that FM has no more slots, which made me take FR instead. And at my current job, I don't really need any MA, which is quite good!

Hoping that my 3rd week at job would be fun too!

Results will be released this Tuesday, but I'm not even panicking. Last year, around this timing, I keep stalking HWZ, but this year, no stalking or even camping at all!! Hahaha! Hope the results will be something that I really hoped to get.

And also, a fashion show for Dip Drops will be held during October! YAY!! Am looking forward to go for the fashion show! The staff at Dip Drops were nice and interesting too, especially Sayuri-san (hope I got it correct). She gave me alot of advice at Dip Drops yesterday! Wil blog about the styling session with Dip Drops too! (no pictures coz I forgotten to take my camera out)

I'm really happy to announce that my Japan Trip 2011 is finally CONFIRMED!!!

Yours truly will be dragging her feet all the way to Japan to see Arashi if its possible. Hopefully I'll be able to get the tickets!

Will be going in the period of late December to early January. Will be spending my Xmas and New Year over there! First time spending Xmas and New Year in another country is a whole new experience! And I also want to experience queuing up for fukubukuros!!! Have wanted to try that after seeing it on the news!!

Totally looking forward to this trip. Gonna buy loads of stuff back including concert goods!!

2 weeks in Japan is awesome love! Am super happy that my yearly trip is still on-going! Was so worried that I couldn't go this year.

I know I haven't been updating for quite some time.

Have finally settled down in my new job. Really happy and excited about it.

Finally got myself a job.
It was very SUDDEN.

And I hope I made the right choice. I was half-hearted in deciding this, because I saw another job offer that was very tempting due to the training in a place that I've wanted to be in. I guess I cannot just gamble. I suck at gambling. I gambled my choices a few weeks back, and all I get is regrets. I'm very afraid that if I took that path again, will the same thing happen again?

I've asked a few friends regarding on this matter, and most of them urged me to take what's infront now. If not, I will be regretting again.

So, at 5pm yesterday, I made the decision, which is not to gamble. All I needed was experience. Then I can move on to higher learning, and then within 2 to 3 years in Japan. That is all I needed. I hope I can do it. More like I'm pushing myself to do it. I know I can do it!! Am thinking which career path to take now.

I will still continue to blog even though I've started working. More reviews will be coming up.

Am putting that on hold for the time being, because I'm quite upset over the things that have happened today.

I'm regretting the choice that I've made a few weeks back. Really regretting it now. What's going to come up in the future for me is very uncertain now. I have no comments on it right now. I don't want to feel so bitter about it, but I seriously can't help feeling it.

All I can do now, is to continue what I'm doing and not to give up. But is it that easy? Life is indeed uncertain.

Haven't been blogging due to the following reasons.

-Fell super sick on Sunday to Wednesday. Super horrible. Sudden coldness and then acute pains in the upper abdominal area. Not only that, going to the toilet for more than 10 times is really *insert your own words here*

-Busy gaming Uta no Prince Sama. Totally ADDICTED to this Otome game! Am on Fandisk A now. But going to stop this addiction for the time being. Also waiting for August 11th to come soon, coz there will be a remake for Uta no Prince Sama!! Yes Yes!! Totally ANTICIPATING IT NOW!!! Miyano's voice is really nice!! Plus, the songs he sang was awesome too!

Now you all know what I've been busy with.

I'm still resting at the moment, trying not to take any milk or spicy stuff in case my stomach decides to act up.
Am also getting slight headache too. Have been using this cooling pad for fever to help me relax whenever I get a headache. I think its due to my sleeping posture. My shoulders are getting more tense lately. I can totally feel it.

Shall head back to rest now. :D

Prelim is gonna start for me on this Friday.
I won't say I'm fully prepared. Neither will I say I'm not prepared.

Its because I have been playing too much games and watching too much Jdramas.

Gonna make full use of tomorrow to study for my Audit paper!!

Finally came up with a simple layout, coz I didn't want to make it so complicated. Plus, I only have tonight to finish it as I'll be busy with my upcoming prelims and exams in the next 3 months.

Will be going for a graduation trip with my uni classmates, which I'm totally looking forward to!

I'm going to do a post on the BCSC [bascially its a study chalet] that was on Monday. It was fun and we also had a htht [Heart-to-Heart Talk] during the chalet where we got to know more about each other. Never had friends like this during my secondary and poly days. I'm really glad to have known them!!

I accidentally overhead this conversation over at Sho Teppan in Ion yesterday late noon.
After hearing what she said, I really want to laugh out loud!

I don't know since when my colleagues actually started to play with words.
Take for example, someone needs your help in inserting a cable and you replied to him in Chinese saying this, "可以插进去啦(Can plug in)"
And then someone who doesn't know what the conversation is about and happens to hear it would find it very funny, as that sentence would have other meaning to other people.
This is what I meant by playing of words. As Singaporeans, we tend to make everything short, so we tend to opt out using some words, but some may understand, some may not.

So at Sho Teppan yesterday, this lady with her 2 other friends (all big sized and 2 were pretty plump)had this conversation.
Plump Lady 1: Hey you see, she didn't eat all her meat, only vegetables.
Average: Ya loh, eat all your meat lah!
Plump Lady 2: I eating vegetables then eat meat. Oh ya, you wanna eat my beef?

Its only at that point, I started giggling!
The part where she said, 'Do you want to eat my beef?' really made me want to burst out laughing!!!
I can understand what she's trying to say, but she could actually say, "Do you want to eat this plate of beef?"

And another reason why I really find it finny, is because she's really plump.
I am not discriminating her, FYI.
Its just that the sentence she said really "compliments" well with her size, so I can't help.

So be really careful in what you say. xD

I only got to know about this like 3 hours ago.

I thought I was the only one who was feeling sick.
But I was wrong.

I went for a nap around 2 plus and got up at 4 plus to see my 2nd brother in bed resting too!
Now, my eldest brother is also going to be sick coz there are 2 of us who are passing the virus at home.

I'll clean up the room soon, to make sure no virus in my room.

Mum is currently at work, so the 3 of us will have to settle our own dinner - something light for this time.

Am feeling much better already after taking the short nap.

Okie, shall get ready to go out and get some food soon!!

Finally, I got a day off?
Hm...not really say day off, but more like I have time for myself to do abit of shopping for my own, before meeting my uni classmates for dinner.
I haven't meet them up since the industrial visit!

Will be going home soon to clean up the mess at home and then get ready for tonight's dinner.
I guess I would not be getting enough sleep, coz by the time I come home, I guess it would be about 10 plus?

Am trying my best to sleep by 12 everyday, so I can sleep well!

Anyway, am slacking at work now, getting time to reach 1130, so I can go home and do the cleaning up!
By the way, Mum will be on her flight later!
Hope she got me something from Europe!

My mum called me around 3.30 am this morning.
I was absolutely shocked at it.
It was around 9pm over at Switzerland and she called to tell me that my camera wasn't working and wanted to ask if I could do anything.

I was so tired to the extent that I told her to just take out the batteries and let it charge until the next day.

Then, I called her this noon, which is about 7am in Switzerland to tell her that the camera is working fine, due to the power saver mode that I set.

My mom is seriously funny by calling me at 3.30am. I guess she didn't realise that it was 3.30am in Singapore when its 9pm over in Switzerland.
Hope she's having fun now!! xD

Can't wait for this Saturday!! xD
